Kickboxing and Self Defence: Juniors Tuesday and Thursday 6pm - 7pm   Seniors Tuesday and Thursday 8pm - 9.30pm

Boxing : Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 7pm - 9pm

MMA : Friday 6pm Saturday and Sunday 2pm

Jiu-Jitsu : Wednesdays 6.30 - 8 pm

Sparring Classes : Sunday mornings at 11.00am

Fitness Classes and Circuit training available on request.
